Order Status

Awaiting Fulfillment

  • Your order has been received and is awaiting to be packaged.

Awaiting Pickup

  • Your order has been packaged and is awaiting to be picked up by the carrier

Shipped

  • Your order has been shipped/dropped off and is awaiting to be checked in.

Delivered

  • Your order has been delivered.

Check Order History

Once your order has been processed, an email with your tracking number and order will be provided.

Order Processing Times

All orders will be processed and shipped out the same business day before 4:00 PM (PST) or 7:00 PM (EST).

Orders on the weekend will be shipped out the following business day before 4:00 PM (PST) or 7:00 PM (EST).

Cancelling or Changing an Order

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund provided that your order has not been shipped. If your item has been shipped, you may return the item back to us for a full refund provided that the item has not been used or is in new condition. If the item packaging is damaged or if the item has been opened, there may be a restocking fee charged.

Special Order Policy

Unfortunately as a small retailer we are unable to carry every possible item. If there is a computer component/part you need, feel free to email us and we will be happy to order the item for you at cost. Please note that items purchased through our special order policy will not be able to be refunded unless the item is defective after 30 days of delivery. To special order an item, please contact us at support@wayfurb.com with the subject title "Special Order Policy" and we will try our best to order the item for you.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept all returns within 30 days after the date of delivery. Below are the details for refunds:

Restocking Fees, Return Shipping Fees, Full & Partial Refunds

Our return & restocking policy is as follows:

Unopened Item & Undamaged Product Packaging

  • 100% Full Refund (Excluding any additional shipping costs)

Opened & Working item or Damaged Product Packaging

  • 15% Restocking Fee on the purchase price of the item

Opened & Defective Item

  • 100% Full Refund or Replacement (if available)

Damaged item or Missing item

  • No refund, customer may request back the item, shipping charges will apply

Changing or Cancelling a Return

To change or cancel your order, please email us at support@wayfurb.com. We will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as the package has not left the warehouse. If the item has already been shipped, feel free to send the item back so that we can make the right changes. A return shipping label will be provided for approved returns.

When can I expect my refund?

Upon approval of the return, a refund will be issued within 2 to 3 business days.

U.S. Shipping Policy

All orders placed before 4:00 P.M (PST) or 7:00 P.M (EST) will be shipped out the same day. We use the following shipping carriers and methods to ship items:

Orders under 1lb (Free on all orders)

  • USPS First Class Parcel (1-3 Business Days)

Orders over 1lb (Free on all orders)

  • USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Days)
  • UPS Ground (1-5 Days)

Overnight Shipping (Extra charge depending on weight of item as well as carrier and service)

  • USPS Priority Mail Express (Next-Day to 2-Day)
  • UPS Next Day Air Early (Next Business Day) As early as 8:00 A.M
  • UPS Next Day Air (Next Business Day) Typically by 10:30 A.M
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver (Next Business Day) Typically by 3:00 P.M

International Shipping Policy

International packages will be shipped by DHL, so you will need to pay for the shipping charges.

Signature Policy

We may require signature on delivery for the following order types:

  • Any order over $500
  • Any orders shipped outside the United States
  • Bulk Orders
